Job Summary

- Research, analyze, and design improvements for customer experiences
- Plan and conduct qualitative and quantitative customer research activities
- Lead ideation workshops with cross-functional partners to develop solutions
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in customer experience design, service design, human-centered design, or UX design
- Ability to design whole systems beyond just interface elements
- Experience with rapid prototyping and tools like Figma, Sketch, and Adobe XD
- Interest in applying AI tools and staying updated with AI-led experience benchmarks
