Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Research, analyze, and design improvements for customer experiences
  • Plan and conduct qualitative and quantitative customer research activities
  • Lead ideation workshops with cross-functional partners to develop solutions
Required Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Minimum of 8 years of experience in customer experience design, service design, human-centered design, or UX design
  • Ability to design whole systems beyond just interface elements
  • Experience with rapid prototyping and tools like Figma, Sketch, and Adobe XD
  • Interest in applying AI tools and staying updated with AI-led experience benchmarks
