Job Summary

Focused on enhancing customer interactions, the full-time Senior Customer Experience Designer will design and deliver AI-powered digital experiences, map customer journeys, and create self-service solutions while working remotely.

Key responsibilities
  • Design and prototype AI-powered customer experience touchpoints, enhancing self-service interactions across the customer lifecycle
  • Map and analyze the full customer journey to identify gaps and prioritize improvements in Actian's digital ecosystem
  • Develop high-quality CX design artifacts and facilitate design thinking workshops with cross-functional teams to co-create experience solutions
Required qualifications
  • 5-7+ years in customer experience design, service design, or a related discipline within SaaS or digital consulting
  • Demonstrated command of design thinking frameworks, including journey mapping and service blueprinting
  • Hands-on experience designing AI-powered experiences, including chatbot flows and AI-assisted self-service
  • Active use of AI tools in design and strategy work, with the ability to articulate their impact on processes
  • Understanding of product-led growth principles and experience designing self-service customer journeys
