Job Summary

Focused on building long-term relationships with Strategic clients, the full-time Senior Customer Experience Manager will manage onboarding, drive adoption of AI solutions, and collaborate cross-functionally to enhance customer experiences in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities
  • Build and maintain trusted relationships with Strategic customers, ensuring they derive value from the platform
  • Lead efficient and customized onboarding engagements for complex enterprise workflows
  • Act as a strategic advisor on AI best practices, optimizing both human and AI-generated responses
Required qualifications
  • 7+ years of experience in customer success, account management, or CX leadership roles, preferably in SaaS or AI platforms
  • Strong account management experience with technical and strategic stakeholders in Fortune 100 companies
  • Experience with AI/ML, LLMs, or enterprise automation tools is a plus
  • Familiarity with AI quality, prompt tuning, or training data workflows
  • A customer-first mindset with a passion for ethical, human-centric AI
