Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Customer Experience (CX) Strategist.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead client research and analysis efforts to uncover drivers, pain points, and unmet needs of varied target audiences
  • Develop audience-driven artifacts that reveal new and innovative approaches to digital marketing and customer experience
  • Create effective communications to increase ability to change the customer experience
Required Qualifications:
  • 7+ years leading CX, customer journey, or human centered design experience
  • Knowledge and implementation of core CX efforts end-to-end
  • Experience developing personas, experience maps, and service blueprints
  • Interview and workshop facilitation skills
  • Bachelor's degree or greater
