Job Summary
A company is looking for a Senior Customer Experience (CX) Strategist.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead client research and analysis efforts to uncover drivers, pain points, and unmet needs of varied target audiences
- Develop audience-driven artifacts that reveal new and innovative approaches to digital marketing and customer experience
- Create effective communications to increase ability to change the customer experience
Required Qualifications:
- 7+ years leading CX, customer journey, or human centered design experience
- Knowledge and implementation of core CX efforts end-to-end
- Experience developing personas, experience maps, and service blueprints
- Interview and workshop facilitation skills
- Bachelor's degree or greater
