Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sr. Customer Insights Analyst (Custom Reporting).

Key Responsibilities
  • Partner with Account Management and Customer Development teams to create tailored narratives from performance data
  • Act as a consultative partner to customer analytical teams, ensuring reporting informs their health and financial strategies
  • Build and maintain customized dashboards and templates using BI tools to streamline reporting processes
Required Qualifications
  • 6+ years of experience in an analytical role, preferably in SaaS, healthcare, or consulting
  • Expert proficiency in data visualization and business intelligence tools, and advanced SQL skills
  • Experience with reporting automation tools like Matik is desirable
  • Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field such as Economics, Statistics, or Business Analytics
  • Demonstrated experience in managing client relationships and collaborating with non-technical users
