Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Customer Insights Analyst in Customer Success Operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design, build, and maintain dashboards and reports to track key Customer Success metrics
  • Own the creation and adoption of KPIs, translating data trends into proactive recommendations
  • Analyze customer behavior and product usage to identify trends and predict churn risk
Required Qualifications
  • 3-5+ years of experience in data analysis, preferably in a SaaS Customer Success or Revenue Operations environment
  • Strong Excel skills and hands-on experience with Salesforce; knowledge of SQL or Python required
  • Experience with BI and analytics tools such as Tableau or Power BI is highly valued
  • Solid understanding of SaaS metrics and performance indicators
  • Experience managing projects with multiple stakeholders
