Job Summary

A company is looking for a Lead Customer Insights Analyst.

Key Responsibilities
  • Independently collect, analyze, and share data related to customer or employee experiences
  • Design strategies for major program initiatives and manage research intake and resource planning
  • Mentor other analysts and lead the evolution of insights practices through stakeholder engagement
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree in Market Research, Analytics, Computer/Data Science, Statistics, or related field
  • 6+ years of experience in customer insights or analytics
  • Advanced proficiency in Qualtrics, Clarabridge, and Tableau and/or Power BI
  • Experience in mentoring analysts and managing stakeholder relationships
  • Healthcare experience is preferred
