Job Summary
A company is looking for a Lead Customer Insights Analyst.
Key Responsibilities
- Independently collect, analyze, and share data related to customer or employee experiences
- Design strategies for major program initiatives and manage research intake and resource planning
- Mentor other analysts and lead the evolution of insights practices through stakeholder engagement
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Market Research, Analytics, Computer/Data Science, Statistics, or related field
- 6+ years of experience in customer insights or analytics
- Advanced proficiency in Qualtrics, Clarabridge, and Tableau and/or Power BI
- Experience in mentoring analysts and managing stakeholder relationships
- Healthcare experience is preferred
