Job Summary

Supporting the Customer Experience survey strategy, the full-time remote Senior Customer Insights Analyst will manage survey development, analyze data for actionable insights, and collaborate with stakeholders to enhance customer understanding across services.

Key responsibilities
  • Supports research development and the end-to-end survey process
  • Collaborates with stakeholders to design projects and communicate insights through dashboards and reporting
  • Monitors survey performance and provides feedback for optimization
Required qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree
  • 3 years of experience in survey development and analysis
  • Experience with the Qualtrics CX Platform for survey programming and dashboard design
  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel for data transformations
  • Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
