Job Summary
Supporting the Customer Experience survey strategy, the full-time remote Senior Customer Insights Analyst will manage survey development, analyze data for actionable insights, and collaborate with stakeholders to enhance customer understanding across services.
Key responsibilities
- Supports research development and the end-to-end survey process
- Collaborates with stakeholders to design projects and communicate insights through dashboards and reporting
- Monitors survey performance and provides feedback for optimization
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree
- 3 years of experience in survey development and analysis
- Experience with the Qualtrics CX Platform for survey programming and dashboard design
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel for data transformations
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
