Senior Customer Insights Analyst

Job Summary

As a full-time Senior Customer Insights Analyst working remotely, the candidate will manage technical analytical delivery, develop data models, and build dashboards while collaborating with customers and cross-functional teams to enhance healthcare outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Translate business and clinical questions into actionable data plans and build underlying data models and analyses
• Manage delivery timelines and client-facing materials, ensuring effective communication across stakeholders
• Mentor junior analysts and contribute to the long-term health of analytical projects and initiatives

Required qualifications

• Strong SQL and data modeling expertise with experience in translating complex requirements into data plans
• Healthcare data experience, particularly with claims and/or clinical data, and familiarity with value-based care
• Direct experience in customer-facing roles, capable of scoping and presenting analytical work independently
• Proficiency in adopting AI tooling as part of analytical workflows
• For Lead-level placement, demonstrated experience in leading analytical projects and managing multiple stakeholders
