Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Customer Marketing Manager responsible for managing the post-sale customer journey to enhance engagement and advocacy.

Key Responsibilities
  • Map and manage the customer journey to drive adoption and value realization
  • Maintain and grow the customer advocacy program and develop initiatives for customer engagement
  • Support customer onboarding and communications, including case studies and advisory board meetings
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Marketing
  • 5-7+ years of experience in customer marketing or product marketing in enterprise software or technology
  • Proven experience with technical products and developing customer messaging
  • Demonstrable content creation skills
  • Experience and/or knowledge of EDR, XDR, VM, MDR/MSSP, and/or SIEM technologies
