Required Qualifications

  • Experience in building and managing a customer marketing team in a growing SaaS business
  • Deep empathy for educators and school leaders, with a focus on retention and loyalty
  • Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze customer engagement metrics
  • Strong project management skills to handle multiple initiatives and stakeholders
