Key Responsibilities

• Run the end-to-end pipeline for creating case studies, quotes, and video stories that demonstrate customer impact
• Package customer stories into sales-ready assets and maintain a searchable system for marketing and sales
• Collaborate with Account Management to map the customer journey and develop content for onboarding and expansion

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in customer marketing or related fields in B2B SaaS
• Proven ability to produce enterprise-grade customer stories with multiple stakeholders
• Hands-on experience capturing and editing simple customer storytelling videos
• Strong cross-functional collaboration skills, particularly with revenue and customer teams
• Technical curiosity and ability to translate product details into credible narratives
