Job Summary
A company is looking for a Senior Manager of Customer Marketing to lead customer advocacy and lifecycle programs aimed at driving revenue and customer engagement.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and execute customer lifecycle campaigns to drive adoption, satisfaction, and renewal
- Develop and manage customer stories and advocacy initiatives to enhance brand championing
- Co-lead customer events, including summits and advisory boards, to foster strategic relationships
Required Qualifications
- 5-7 years of B2B marketing experience, with 2-3 years in customer marketing or advocacy roles
- Experience marketing to enterprise-level customers with $100M+ in revenue
- Strong understanding of account-based marketing principles and customer lifecycle tactics
- Proven success in leading customer events and developing content
- Experience using AI tools to enhance marketing operations and content creation
