Job Summary
A company is looking for a Senior Customer Marketing Manager for North America (Remote, Eastern Time Zone).
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute customer marketing programs, including account-based marketing (ABM) and upsell/cross-sell initiatives
- Manage global customer marketing webinars and North America events, ensuring alignment with marketing strategies
- Create and distribute content that supports customer engagement throughout the lifecycle and showcases customer success stories
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in Marketing, Sales, or Customer Success in a technology-centric environment
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or related fields
- Proven experience with account-based marketing (ABM) strategies and executing marketing programs
- Strong experience with marketing platforms such as HubSpot, ON24, or similar tools
- Ability to create audience-focused content that drives engagement and pipeline growth
