Job Summary
Leading customer lifecycle, retention, and advocacy initiatives, the full-time remote Senior Customer Marketing Manager will design campaigns to drive engagement, loyalty, and revenue while collaborating with Sales, Customer Success, and Product teams.
Key responsibilities
- Own and optimize the post-purchase customer journey, developing targeted marketing programs for onboarding, adoption, renewal, and expansion
- Build and manage the Advocacy Program, mobilizing top customers for case studies, webinars, and peer-to-peer reviews
- Create customer-centric collateral and tools to enable Sales and Customer Success teams to drive deeper product adoption and secure renewals
Required qualifications
- 7+ years of marketing experience, with 3-5 years in customer marketing, lifecycle marketing, or customer success enablement
- Proven experience managing programs independently and leading cross-functional initiatives
- Strong portfolio of customer-driven content and experience with advocacy software
- Deep knowledge of marketing automation platforms, CRM systems, and customer success tools
- Strong analytical skills to interpret data and measure campaign ROI
