Job Summary
Leading customer engagement and retention initiatives, the full-time Senior Customer Marketing Manager will execute marketing strategies across key segments and regions in a fully remote capacity, managing a team and optimizing customer lifecycle performance.
Key responsibilities
- Manage and develop a customer marketing team while executing lifecycle marketing programs for onboarding, adoption, retention, and expansion
- Oversee customer communications, including newsletters and webinars, to enhance product adoption and satisfaction
- Establish reporting frameworks to measure engagement and retention, translating insights into actionable optimizations
Required qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in customer marketing or related roles within B2B SaaS, preferably in cybersecurity
- 2+ years of experience managing marketing programs or teams
- Proven track record of executing customer marketing programs that drive measurable outcomes
- Experience with CRM and marketing automation platforms, such as Salesforce and HubSpot
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field, or equivalent experience
