A company is looking for a Senior Customer Marketing Manager with experience in B2B marketing and email strategy and execution.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement effective email communication strategies to drive acquisition, engagement, and retention of customers
  • Lead a team of email marketers to increase engagement and retention of the customer base

Qualifications:
  • 7+ years of professional experience, with at least 4 years in B2B marketing

  • Strong analytical skills and ability to turn insights into successful tactics
  • Understanding of essential performance drivers and ability to evaluate individual and team contributions
