Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement omni-channel engagement strategies for a global customer base
- Manage a global customer marketing campaigns calendar and execute weekly programs across various channels
- Analyze customer behavior and campaign results to refine strategies and drive continuous improvement
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in customer marketing, product marketing, or growth marketing, preferably in a SaaS environment
- Proven success in developing customer-focused marketing campaigns, especially in cross-sell and upsell strategies
- Experience with CRM systems and marketing automation platforms
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience)
- Strong project management skills to handle multiple initiatives simultaneously
