Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Customer Marketing Specialist who will drive customer growth and retention through strategic marketing initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop a deep understanding of customer goals and business objectives to identify marketing opportunities
  • Design and execute customer marketing plans that support the customer lifecycle, including upsell and retention
  • Monitor campaign performance, analyze results, and optimize efforts to improve ROI and meet business goals
Qualifications
  • 5+ years of B2B marketing experience; SaaS experience strongly preferred
  • Minimum of 2 years in customer marketing or lifecycle marketing roles
  • Proven success in building and executing marketing strategies that drive measurable outcomes
  • Hands-on experience designing programs to support customer retention and account expansion
  • Proficiency with marketing technologies such as 6sense, Marketo, and Salesforce
