Job Summary
A company is looking for a Senior Customer Marketing Specialist who will drive customer growth and retention through strategic marketing initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop a deep understanding of customer goals and business objectives to identify marketing opportunities
- Design and execute customer marketing plans that support the customer lifecycle, including upsell and retention
- Monitor campaign performance, analyze results, and optimize efforts to improve ROI and meet business goals
Qualifications
- 5+ years of B2B marketing experience; SaaS experience strongly preferred
- Minimum of 2 years in customer marketing or lifecycle marketing roles
- Proven success in building and executing marketing strategies that drive measurable outcomes
- Hands-on experience designing programs to support customer retention and account expansion
- Proficiency with marketing technologies such as 6sense, Marketo, and Salesforce
