Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Customer Onboarding Manager.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain communication with new high-value customers and understand their requirements
  • Provide product demos and assist customers in realizing early value while identifying health signals and up-sell opportunities
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure a seamless onboarding experience and share customer feedback for product improvements
Required Qualifications
  • A bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as computer science, engineering, or business
  • Relevant work experience in customer support, customer success, or technical support roles
  • Strong understanding of the product or service being onboarded and familiarity with Customer Success Metrics
  • Ability to work collaboratively with internal teams to ensure successful customer onboarding
  • Strong analytical skills to identify trends and patterns in customer behavior or usage data
