Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sr Customer Onboarding Specialist to support Pharmacy and Specialty distribution customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Analyze and implement new customer accounts, ensuring all requirements are met for pricing, enrollment, and compliance
  • Provide first contact resolution and collaborate with stakeholders to report on implementation progress and strategic insights
  • Gather and analyze data from various reporting resources to drive consolidated analyses and reporting for sales and customers
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
  • Degree or equivalent experience, typically requiring 2+ years in project management, sales support, operations, or administration
  • Experience with project management and business acumen
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Project, and Outlook
  • Pharmaceutical industry experience is a plus
  • Knowledge of Smartsheet, Tableau, SQL, and MS Access is beneficial
