Job Summary

Leading customer implementation engagements, the full-time Senior Customer Operations Engineer will guide organizations through onboarding, deployment, and production readiness on a secure DevSecOps platform, working remotely while ensuring compliance in highly regulated environments.

Key responsibilities
  • Lead technical onboarding and successful production deployment for customers on the Game Warden platform
  • Implement secure cloud-native deployment patterns and navigate compliance processes for government environments
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance customer onboarding and improve implementation practices
Required qualifications
  • 5-7+ years of experience in DevSecOps, Platform Engineering, or related technical fields
  • Deep experience with Kubernetes and cloud-native application deployment
  • Hands-on experience with major cloud providers and secure cloud-native solutions
  • Experience in Infrastructure-as-Code and deployment automation using tools like Terraform
  • Ability to obtain and maintain a DoD Top Secret security clearance; U.S. citizenship required
