Job Summary
A company is looking for a Senior Customer Operations Specialist to manage customer transactions and support in a remote setting.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage vendors and internal activities throughout the Caramel checkout process
- Act as a product/technical expert, liaising with engineering to resolve customer issues
- Oversee customer financing and prepare custom sale documentation
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent preferred
- 1-3+ years of operations or customer support experience, preferably in technology or automotive
- Proficient with computer software and Microsoft Office applications
- Experience in the automotive industry and knowledge of automobile terminology preferred
- Ability to assist non-technical customers with technical issues
