Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Customer Operations Specialist to manage customer transactions and support in a remote setting.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage vendors and internal activities throughout the Caramel checkout process
  • Act as a product/technical expert, liaising with engineering to resolve customer issues
  • Oversee customer financing and prepare custom sale documentation
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent preferred
  • 1-3+ years of operations or customer support experience, preferably in technology or automotive
  • Proficient with computer software and Microsoft Office applications
  • Experience in the automotive industry and knowledge of automobile terminology preferred
  • Ability to assist non-technical customers with technical issues
