Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Customer Order Specialist.

Key Responsibilities
  • Execute the order process and interact with Sales teams while ensuring compliance with corporate policy
  • Generate customer invoices and review order documentation for acceptance and booking
  • Assist in resolving accounts receivable and collection issues while maintaining accurate order documentation
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in business, accounting, or finance preferred, or relevant work experience
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office tools, particularly Excel
  • Ability to learn and operate various order-related software and systems
  • Fluency in English and German
  • Experience with Oracle and Salesforce is preferred
