Senior Customer Order Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Customer Order Specialist.

Key Responsibilities

• Execute the order process and interact with Sales teams while ensuring compliance with corporate policies
• Generate customer invoices and review order documentation for acceptance and compliance
• Assist in resolving accounts receivable and collection issues, while maintaining order documentation

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, accounting, or finance preferred, or relevant work experience
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office tools, especially Excel
• Ability to learn order-related software and systems
• Fluent in English plus either German or Italian
• Experience with Oracle and Salesforce preferred
