Senior Customer Order Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Customer Order Specialist.

Key Responsibilities

• Execute the order process and interact with Sales teams while ensuring compliance with corporate policy
• Generate accurate customer invoices and review order documentation for compliance
• Assist in resolving accounts receivable and collection issues while maintaining order documentation

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, accounting, or finance preferred, or relevant work experience
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office tools, especially Excel
• Fluent in English, with additional language skills in German or Italian preferred
• Experience with Oracle and Salesforce is preferred
• Ability to learn and operate various order-related software and systems
