Job Summary
A company is looking for a Senior Customer Order Specialist.
Key Responsibilities
- Execute the order process and interact with Sales teams while ensuring compliance with corporate policy
- Generate accurate customer invoices and review order documentation for compliance
- Assist in resolving accounts receivable and collection issues while maintaining order documentation
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in business, accounting, or finance preferred, or relevant work experience
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office tools, especially Excel
- Fluent in English, with additional language skills in German or Italian preferred
- Experience with Oracle and Salesforce is preferred
- Ability to learn and operate various order-related software and systems
