Job Summary
A company is looking for a Senior Customer Order Specialist.
Key Responsibilities
- Execute the order process and interact with Sales teams while ensuring compliance with corporate policy
- Generate accurate customer invoices and review order documentation for acceptance and booking
- Assist in resolving accounts receivable and collection issues, and maintain customer order documentation
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in business, accounting, or finance preferred, or relevant work experience
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office tools, especially Excel
- Fluent in English, with additional language skills in German or Italian preferred
- Familiarity with order-related software and systems
- Experience with Oracle and Sales Force is preferred
