Job Summary
A company is looking for a Senior Customer Order Specialist.
Key Responsibilities
- Execute the defined order process and interact effectively with Sales teams while ensuring compliance with corporate policy
- Generate customer invoices for assigned accounts and review customer order documentation for order acceptance and booking
- Assist in resolving outstanding accounts receivable and collection issues while maintaining customer order documentation
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
- Bachelor's degree in business, accounting, or finance preferred, or relevant work experience
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office tools, especially Excel
- Fluent in English plus either German or Italian language skills
- Ability to learn and operate various order-related software and systems
- Experience with Oracle and Sales Force preferred
