Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Customer Order Specialist.

Key Responsibilities
  • Execute the defined order process and interact effectively with Sales teams while ensuring compliance with corporate policy
  • Generate customer invoices for assigned accounts and review customer order documentation for order acceptance and booking
  • Assist in resolving outstanding accounts receivable and collection issues while maintaining customer order documentation
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
  • Bachelor's degree in business, accounting, or finance preferred, or relevant work experience
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office tools, especially Excel
  • Fluent in English plus either German or Italian language skills
  • Ability to learn and operate various order-related software and systems
  • Experience with Oracle and Sales Force preferred
