Job Summary
Managing customer relationships remotely, the full-time Senior Customer Portfolio Manager will ensure profitability and satisfaction for assigned contracts while overseeing service agreements and coordinating with various internal teams.
Key responsibilities
- Serve as a liaison between internal/external organizations and assigned customers, owning customer communication and contributing to business strategy
- Develop and manage customer communication plans, facilitating regular meetings to review action items and new product offerings
- Oversee warranty considerations, outage scope development, parts planning, and resolution of emergent outage matters
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree from an accredited University or an Associate's degree with 7 years of experience in the power generation industry
- Minimum of 5 years of technical field experience with Heavy Duty Gas Turbines and/or Steam Power
- Ability to work up to 25% of the time on-site
