Senior Customer Program Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Customer Program Manager - Datacenter Engineering and Operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive cross-functional execution and resolve high-priority customer concerns
• Build strong relationships with internal customers to translate operational needs into actionable plans
• Develop and present executive-level updates and dashboards to communicate program health and outcomes

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience
• 12+ years of program/project management experience in the high-tech industry, preferably in datacenter infrastructure
• History of influencing decisions and coordinating teams in a cross-functional, multinational environment
• Strong leadership in matrixed collaboration and conflict resolution
• Program Management certification/training is a plus
