Job Summary
Leading program initiatives for key AI platforms, the full-time Senior Customer Program Manager will collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive product development and deployment, ensuring alignment with customer objectives in a hybrid work environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Communicate program status, issues, and risk management plans to multi-functional teams, driving timely resolution of roadblocks
- Define and drive project plans based on management and technical guidance while scoping technical feasibility with architects and engineers
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive program schedule, addressing dependencies and planning for risks to optimize engineering costs
Required Qualifications:
- Proven project and program management experience in software development or engineering organizations
- Experience with horizontal leadership and matrix management
- Master's or Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or Electrical Engineering
- Flexible working schedule to manage global program execution teams
- Solid knowledge of technical program management and engineering principles
