Job Summary
Driving complex revenue growth for high-value accounts, the full-time Senior Customer Relationship Manager will develop and execute long-range account strategies, lead executive-level negotiations, and mentor junior team members, all while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Owns top tier or highly complex accounts, navigating multiple buying centers and cross-platform strategies
- Develops and executes account strategies that align with client business goals to drive sustainable revenue growth
- Leads high-stakes conversations and negotiations, influencing senior leadership to advance partnership priorities
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree required
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in Corporate/B2B sales, new business development, or client relationship management
- Proven experience in digital advertising, audience data, AdTech, or media sales
- Strong strategic thinking and planning abilities to shape multi-year client strategies
- Advanced communication and negotiation skills for navigating high-stakes conversations
