Job Summary
A company is looking for a Senior Customer Service Advocate to support healthcare providers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to provider inquiries and resolve issues related to benefits, billing, authorizations, and claims
- Research and resolve complex prior authorization and claim issues to avoid repeat calls and provider dissatisfaction
- Collaborate with internal partners to ensure timely resolution of issues and effective communication with providers
Required Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or GED
- 1+ years of customer service experience
- Experience with computer applications and ability to learn new systems
- Ability to work full-time Monday - Friday between 8:00am - 8:00pm, with occasional overtime or weekend work
