Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Customer Service Advocate to support healthcare providers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Respond to provider inquiries and resolve issues related to benefits, billing, authorizations, and claims
  • Research and resolve complex prior authorization and claim issues to avoid repeat calls and provider dissatisfaction
  • Collaborate with internal partners to ensure timely resolution of issues and effective communication with providers
Required Qualifications:
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • 1+ years of customer service experience
  • Experience with computer applications and ability to learn new systems
  • Ability to work full-time Monday - Friday between 8:00am - 8:00pm, with occasional overtime or weekend work
