Job Summary
To support customer needs in a fully remote environment, the full-time Senior Customer Service Agent will assist clients with problem-solving, manage escalations, and provide interactive solutions through various communication channels while gaining exposure to technology and career development opportunities.
Key responsibilities
- Provide concierge-level customer support through chat, email, and MS Teams
- Collaborate with back-office teams to handle escalations and enhance customer satisfaction
- Engage in continuous learning and professional development, including obtaining certifications in various platforms
Required qualifications
- Knowledge of Windows, Mac, or Linux operating systems
- At least 1 year of help desk support experience
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Experience in customer support roles
- Ability to adapt communication styles to meet customer needs
