Job Summary
A company is looking for a Customer Service Systems Engineer, Sr.
Key Responsibilities
- Implement and maintain customer-facing procedures for technical and operational support
- Provide 24/7/365 emergency support for global customers and produce flight safety reports
- Document customer interactions and coordinate with internal resources to address inquiries
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience preferred
- 8-12 years of relevant experience in technical support or uncrewed systems
- Experience in UAS operations and knowledge of ERP systems
- Ability to work independently and exercise judgment regularly
- Must be able to obtain a U.S. passport for travel and may require security clearance
