Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Service Systems Engineer, Sr.

Key Responsibilities
  • Implement and maintain customer-facing procedures for technical and operational support
  • Provide 24/7/365 emergency support for global customers and produce flight safety reports
  • Document customer interactions and coordinate with internal resources to address inquiries
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience preferred
  • 8-12 years of relevant experience in technical support or uncrewed systems
  • Experience in UAS operations and knowledge of ERP systems
  • Ability to work independently and exercise judgment regularly
  • Must be able to obtain a U.S. passport for travel and may require security clearance
