Job Summary

To support customer engagement throughout the outage lifecycle, the full-time remote Senior Customer Service Manager will manage customer relationships, drive commercial outcomes, and ensure project execution with a focus on safety, quality, delivery, and cost excellence.

Key Responsibilities
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned customers, fostering trust through effective communication
  • Lead end-to-end outage planning, including scope development and project scheduling
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project execution and share best practices
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering from an accredited university or college
  • Background as a Mechanical Technical Field Advisor or Outage Manager is strongly preferred
  • Working knowledge of Steam Power equipment and outage work scopes
  • Ability to develop scopes of work, project schedules, and job cost estimates
  • Strong understanding of EHS standards and quality requirements in field service environments
