Job Summary

Acting as the primary contact for customer support, the full-time Senior Customer Service Manager will oversee service and maintenance activities for clients in the power generation industry, ensuring timely resolution of issues and maintaining strong customer relationships in a remote setting.

Key responsibilities
  • Manage customer concerns and provide technical and business support for assigned regions and product lines
  • Influence strategy development and resource control while ensuring compliance with operating policies
  • Lead functional teams or projects, utilizing high-level judgment to address complex operational challenges
Required qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree from an accredited university or college, or equivalent experience in the power generation industry
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in power plant field services or contract performance management
  • Ability to travel less than 25% of the time
  • Specialized knowledge within the power generation function
  • Demonstrated ability to assess and improve operational processes and services
