Job Summary
Serving as the primary contact for customer support, the full-time Senior Customer Service Manager will oversee service and maintenance activities for assigned products, ensuring timely resolution of customer concerns while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Act as the single point of contact for customers, providing timely and satisfactory resolution of service-related concerns
- Influence strategy development and resource control within the assigned region or product line
- Utilize high-level judgment to address complex operational and product management challenges, offering innovative solutions
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree from an accredited University or College, or equivalent experience in the power generation industry
- Minimum of 8-10 years of technical knowledge related to LM Aero derivatives in power plant and contract performance management
- Experience leading functional teams or projects with minimal resource requirements
- Ability to interpret business challenges and recommend best practices for improvement
- Strong understanding of industry trends affecting service delivery and product management
