Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Customer Service Representative to work remotely in the Eastern Time Zone.

Key Responsibilities
  • Place outreach calls to eligible members and schedule appointments with ENPs
  • Provide support to patient inquiries regarding the Program and Annual Wellness Visit, meeting call metrics
  • Research complex issues and resolve customer concerns through follow-up or collaboration with support resources
Required Qualifications
  • High School Diploma / GED or 10+ years of equivalent working experience
  • Must be at least 18 years old
  • 1+ years of experience in a customer service or office setting
  • Familiarity with computers and the ability to learn new systems
  • Ability to work full-time with flexibility in scheduling, including potential overtime
