Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Customer Service Representative to work remotely in Connecticut.

Key Responsibilities
  • Place outreach calls to eligible members and schedule appointments with ENPs under the direction of the Program Manager
  • Provide support for patient inquiries related to the Program and their Annual Wellness Visit, meeting daily outbound call metrics
  • Research and resolve complex customer issues through multiple databases and ensure timely follow-up with patients
Required Qualifications
  • High School Diploma/GED or 10+ years of equivalent working experience
  • Must be 18 years of age or older
  • 1+ years of experience as a Customer Service Representative or in a call center/office setting
  • Familiarity with computers and Windows PCs, with the ability to learn new systems
  • Ability to work within designated business hours from Monday to Friday
