Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Representative, Customer Service Operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provides outstanding customer service and supports operational execution to meet service levels
  • Manages customer account activities, including order fulfillment, backorders, and product change requests
  • Acts as a liaison for outsourced services related to invoicing and reimbursement, resolving customer issues
Required Qualifications
  • 3-6 years of experience in a relevant field, preferred
  • High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience, preferred
  • Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment, preferred
  • Highly motivated and able to work effectively within a team, preferred
  • In-depth knowledge in a technical or specialty area
