Job Summary
A company is looking for a Senior Customer Service Rep.
Key Responsibilities
- Receive and respond to incoming calls regarding policy document requests, billing inquiries, and renewals
- Ensure accuracy of new or renewal policies and communicate updates to insureds, agents, and underwriters
- Process cancellations, maintain follow-up on outstanding items, and manage account setups in the system
Required Qualifications
- Associate or bachelor's degree, preferably in business, or equivalent experience
- 2-4 years of agency experience in Personal & Commercial Lines or 3-5 years in servicing or selling Property & Casualty Insurance Commercial policies
- Previous call center experience is a plus
- Bilingual skills in English and Spanish are preferred
- Ability to work a rotating shift until 8:00pm ET
