Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sr Customer Service Rep who will handle inbound client/customer requests and inquiries.

Key Responsibilities
  • Research and resolve complex customer inquiries and escalations while retaining clients at risk of termination
  • Determine root causes and coordinate with internal departments to resolve client/customer issues
  • Enter semi and non-routine client/customer updates into the appropriate system and serve as a mentor for new hires
Required Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • 4 - 6 years of related experience
