Job Summary
A company is looking for a Senior Customer Service Representative to provide exceptional support to customers and team members.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as a resource for team members and handle escalated calls
- Answer incoming calls and assist customers with various inquiries related to benefits and eligibility
- Research complex issues and collaborate with support resources to resolve customer concerns
Required Qualifications:

- Must be 18 years of age or older
