Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Customer Service Representative to provide support and guidance to members regarding their health care needs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Answer a high volume of calls from patients regarding billing inquiries and customer concerns
  • Research, troubleshoot, and resolve complex billing issues and customer complaints
  • Maintain compliance with HIPAA regulations and keep a log of all patient contacts
Required Qualifications
  • High School Diploma / GED
  • Must be 18 years of age or older
  • 2+ years of experience in a call center handling high volumes of inbound calls
  • 2+ years of experience in a medical office or health care setting
  • Ability to commit to full-time attendance during the training period
