Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Customer Service Representative (UCH).

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality patient experience through inbound and outbound call resolution
• Manage inquiries via multiple communication channels using EMR systems
• Review and interpret patient statements and account-related questions

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred
• Minimum 1 year of experience in a healthcare call center environment
• Experience with medical claims/denials and patient-focused customer service
• Familiarity with EMR systems such as Epic, Cerner, or Meditech
• Knowledge of healthcare industry terms and codes (e.g., CPT, ICD-10)
