Job Summary

- Document information in systems and intervene with care providers to assist customers with appointments

Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma/GED or equivalent work experience
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- 1+ years of customer service or related experience in a medical or office setting
- Experience with computers and the ability to navigate complex applications
- Flexibility to work various 8-hour shifts during specified business hours
