Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Customer Service Representative who will provide exceptional support to customers through phone interactions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Review and research incoming healthcare claim calls from providers, verifying necessary data for processing
  • Document required information and communicate with providers to resolve issues effectively
  • Answer incoming calls from members to assist with benefits, billing, authorizations, and explanations of benefits
Required Qualifications
  • High School Diploma / GED or equivalent work experience
  • Must be 18 years of age or older
  • 6+ months of work at home experience
  • 6+ months of Customer Service Representative experience or 1+ years in a medical/office setting
  • Working knowledge of computers and Windows PCs, with the ability to learn new systems
