Job Summary

- Review and research incoming healthcare claim calls, verifying necessary data for processing
- Document required information and communicate with providers to resolve issues
- Answer incoming calls from members, identifying their assistance needs
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma / GED or equivalent experience
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- 6+ months of work at home experience
- 6+ months of Customer Service Representative experience or 1+ years in a medical or call center setting
- Working knowledge of computers and the ability to learn new systems
