Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Review and research incoming healthcare claim calls, verifying necessary data for processing
  • Document required information and communicate with providers to resolve issues
  • Answer incoming calls from members, identifying their assistance needs
Required Qualifications
  • High School Diploma / GED or equivalent experience
  • Must be 18 years of age or older
  • 6+ months of work at home experience
  • 6+ months of Customer Service Representative experience or 1+ years in a medical or call center setting
  • Working knowledge of computers and the ability to learn new systems
