Job Summary
A company is looking for a Senior Customer Service Representative to deliver exceptional customer service and support.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as a resource for team members and handle escalated calls to resolve complex customer issues
- Answer incoming calls, identify customer needs, and assist with benefits, billing, and authorizations
- Research issues across multiple databases and provide education on pre-authorizations and status updates
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma / GED or equivalent work experience
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- 1+ years of customer service experience in a call center or high-volume environment
- Experience with Microsoft Office applications including Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Ability to attend full-time training for 4-6 weeks without time off requests
